The current static website does not intentionally store inquiry-form submissions, create user accounts, sell personal information or use advertising cookies. The inquiry builder prepares information locally in your browser so you can copy it or, once the official Vitel email is activated, open your email application.

The website host may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps and security logs in order to deliver and protect the site. Those practices are governed by the host’s own terms and privacy policies.

3. Email and direct communications

If you contact Vitel Farms by email, phone, WhatsApp or another direct channel, we may retain the information you provide so we can respond, evaluate a business relationship and maintain appropriate records.

4. Farmer and commercial information

Information collected through direct farmer, buyer or partner engagement may include contact details, location, production information, market requirements and related operating records. Public use of names, photos or field information should follow Vitel’s evidence and permission standards.

5. Analytics

No analytics service is included in the current build. If analytics are added later, this notice should be updated before or when that change goes live.
